The wide range of subjects currently on offer at Rainford are listed in the menu on the left, although we are constantly reviewing our provision.

Students enroll initially on AS courses, sitting external examinations at the end of the first year. They re-enroll at the beginning of Year 13 following the AS results when they are thus able to make a more informed choice about which subjects to complete at Advanced Level.

Rainford also provides the opportunity for students to enrol for both AS and A2 General Studies and will have the opportunity to study Extended Project Qualification in Year 13.
