Many of our students, particularly those intending to teach, use the resource of the whole school to gain valuable experience. A scheme has been running now for several years whereby some of our Senior Students work alongside students with learning difficulties – a valuable experience for both parties. Additionally, many students assist at local junior schools with whom we have good contacts. Others act as mentors, motivating and encouraging younger students who for whatever reason are not fulfilling their potential.
